WHAT WE NEED FROM
SCHOOL DISTRICTS
Share flyer with students interested in teacher education and those who would be a good fit for the Teach in Bama program.
Assist students as appropriate in securing school references and understanding program expectations and deadlines.
Submit names of students the district plans to support by Oct. 13, 2026, to teachers@ua.edu.
A Memorandum of Agreement will be emailed to districts after students have been selected for the Teach in Bama program and admitted to UA Early College.
Districts have the freedom to enter service agreements with students allowing them to return to the district following their graduation.
