- Guaranteed minimum coverage of half tuition for 8 semesters
- Teach in Bama mentors, faculty and staff throughout duration of the program
- Dedicated College of Education coordinator for student success
- Teach in Bama Summer Institute, which runs concurrently with UA Early College’s (UAEC) Summer on Campus and exposes students to state and local education experts
- UAEC peer coaches, academic advisors and a student success coordinator
- Dedicated class and faculty for EdTPA preparation; students taking the course have a 100% pass rate
- Free Praxis test support through online modules and workshop mentors
